Sweet Potato and Leek Soup: Topped with Candied Bacon Crumbles and Bourbon Croutons
Beef Carpaccio Caprese: Beef Carpaccio, Smoked Mozzarella, Tomatillos, and Pomegranate Balsamic Reduction

Second Course (choose one of the following)

Strip Steak: 6oz PA Proud Strip, Sweet Potato Gratin, Shaved Brussels, Spiced Butter Compote
Surf and Turf: Short Rib and Mascarpone Ravioli, 3oz Lobster Tail, Braised Radicchio, Roasted Tomato, and Brandy Honey Cream
Chicken Coq au Vin Blanc: Ratatouille, White Wine Reduction, and Fried Carrot Ribbons
